### Terms and Conditions for Unlimited Wrapping Paper Subscription

#### 1. **Subscription Plan**:
- **$200 Plan**: Unlimited access to all wrapping paper designs, including premium and seasonal collections, for one year, up to 74 sets (222 sheets) annually.

#### 2. **Annual Usage Limit**:
- **Usage Cap**: Subscribers are entitled to a maximum of 74 sets (222 sheets) of wrapping paper per year.
- **Discount After Limit**: Once the annual limit is reached, subscribers can continue to purchase wrapping paper at a 50% discount for the remainder of the year. To receive this discount, subscribers must email **contact@happywrap.com** with their original order number to request a discount code.

#### 3. **Shipping**:
- **Shipping Costs**: Subscribers are responsible for all shipping costs, which will be calculated based on the number of sets ordered and the shipping destination.
- Expedited shipping options are available at an additional cost.

#### 4. **Design Selection**:
- Subscribers have access to the entire catalog, including premium and seasonal collections, with the exception of exclusive or limited-edition designs which may be offered at a discount rather than included for free.
- Custom designs requested by the subscriber may be subject to additional fees.

#### 5. **Renewal and Cancellation**:
- **Non-Renewal**: This subscription does not auto-renew. At the end of the subscription period, subscribers will need to purchase a new subscription to continue receiving benefits.
- **Cancellation**: Cancellations made mid-year will not be refunded, but access will continue until the end of the subscription period.

#### 6. **Non-Transferable**:
- The subscription is non-transferable and may only be used by the individual or family household that purchased the plan.
- Commercial or bulk use (e.g., for events or businesses) is prohibited under this plan and requires a separate commercial agreement.

#### 7. **Usage Monitoring**:
- Usage will be monitored to ensure compliance with the annual limit. If excessive or abusive use is detected, the subscription may be limited or terminated without a refund.

- The Subscription code will only work with the email used to purchase the subscription

- Orders must ship to the same address. If shipping addresses change every time your order, your subscription may be cancelled without a refund. If you move and your physical shipping address changes please email contact@happywrap.com

#### 8. **Exclusions**:
- The subscription does not include gift tags, greeting cards, or other stationery items unless specifically mentioned in the plan details.

#### 9. **Refund Policy**:
- No refunds will be issued for unused portions of the subscription.
- If Happy Wrap discontinues the subscription service, a prorated refund will be provided.

#### 10. **Changes to Terms**:
- Happy Wrap reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, with notice provided to subscribers.
